I received the at home kit. Instructions were straight forward an easy. The 3 stars is for the obnoxious amount of e-mails and texts about doing the test. I received at least 5 to 6 in 2 days. They started as soon as the kit was delivered and I was still at work.
Signed up for the Virtual checkup, Disaster... First try they had issues with my sample, they called and there were issues apparently but was able to verify. Minus one Star. Then the appt was made and I was here, nope they missed although I did get a link for questions I completed, minus star number two. Finally 45 mins late I get a call, but the NP had no clue how to get connected for the appt now an hour late, minus Star 3. Completely useless. Does nothing that your annual doesn't do, other than provide another means to sell your biometric data.
Very helpful. Very informative. Very friendly, professional, and intuitive medical practitioners. The staff from this location were present at Los Alamos National Laboratory. They provided a rudimentary understanding of my personal health status. They took blood samples and body measurements to determine my current health status.
Through my workplace health benefits, we were recently offered the Catapult Health Virtual Checkup and the entire experience goes down as one of the coolest experiences in recent memory. For someone who is not a huge fan of going in for lab work every year, this was a great way to establish if baseline levels had changed from my last physical.
