I lived in this unit for 12 months with my colleague, and while the space itself was great, the overall experience was far from pleasant. The unit was spacious, had a large balcony with beautiful mountain views, and received plenty of natural sunlight. However, the management and some tenants made living here extremely difficult. The biggest issue was the downstairs neighbors (possibly in Unit x who lives downstairs of unit 11). The older family living there was incredibly rude. Pretty big balconies on some units. Nice pool, never gets used, so it feels like it's all yours. Great morning and afternoon light in some units. Not a lot of sound insulation.
