Horrible customer service – My daughter made an appt the week prior to our arrival at Catan's Bridal. We arrived 30 minutes early and waited just a few minutes. I had heard some "not so flattering" things about Catan's Bridal but I was thinking our visit was going to be different. We met our consultant, she explained how their system worked, and my daughter and I started looking through the gowns for trying on. A very competent employee. – I am writing this letter to commend your employee Brenda. My daughter is getting married July 2, 2011 in Canada. I contacted Brenda and because of timing and the fact everything for a Canadian wedding has to be done in Ohio, requesting her help. Brenda processed the order for invitations, advised me our chosen invitation was not available and worked tirelessly to help me choose another, get it ordered, printed and received in time to mail. Great service! – My bridesmaid’s had to go to Catan Fashions and I went on the trip with them. I have to say the service was real good and they provided lots of service to us. They did a good job in helping my bridesmaid’s pick out there dresses for my wedding and they were beautiful. I am glad my bridesmaid’s wanted to go there as they got really nice dresses and everyone liked them.
