Dropped in for a class. Super friendly staff. You can tell very quickly that Josh knows his stuff. Regular gym members all very kind also. Loved the visit.

Just joined a month ago and so far, I am really impressed. The training is top notch and the classes are well organized. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at. The instructors can scale the class to your needs and abilities. Every workout is challenging but do-able. Highly recommend them!

So happy to have found Catamount Fitness while visiting Sylva! Josh's "drop-in" rate was perfect for my week-long stay! The facility is equipped to perform whatever kind of physical transformation you can dream up and the people that go there are inspirational in the way they get after it. Go Cats!!

Josh, owner and coach, truly wants to run a great class. We are very glad we dropped on. It was truly one of the best drop in we have been to.

I'm so thankful for this place, the coaches, the equipment and the other members. The coaches want to see me do well and I'm thankful for that. I've gotten stronger, learned so many form/technique lessons, and have enjoyed the people. We are fortunate to have Catamount Crossfit in our town.
