I’ve been a member here for 3 years and every day has been nothing short of great! All the coaches are very knowledgeable (teaching movements, scaling appropriately, etc). The gym family here is amazing and everyone is always very welcoming! I’ve been a member at several different CrossFit gyms, and have dropped into many, but Catamount’s coaching, programming, and environment really sticks out in the best way! There is a variety of classes—yoga, swole, CrossFit, dance, and more! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I started doing CrossFit 3 months ago and it has changed my life. I have always made fun of CrossFit and the people who do it because I was ignorant and didn't understand just how challenging and rewarding it really is. Exceptional CrossFit gym. I started at 38 with several injuries and the coaches have helped me navigate those injuries with proper form and load. I’m on my 2nd year of CrossFit and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. They are better than personal trainers. Great community and a good variety of coaching styles. The gym is a GEM!

Dropped in for a class. Super friendly staff. You can tell very quickly that Josh knows his stuff. Regular gym members all very kind also. Loved the visit.
