I have been working out with Joel for about 6 months and I am very pleased with my results! Not only is he very knowledgeable when it comes to personal training, but he also has an extensive background in nutrition. This in conjunction with the workouts has helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle and I cannot be happier with the way I feel! Also, his facility is always clean!! I would highly recommend his services!
I have Psoriatic Arthritis and Joel worked with me through diet, suggested supplementation, and exercise to get me from a place of not being able to exercise at all to walking 3.5 miles easily, doing assisted squats, pushups, and planking. Feel so much better when I can exercise without hurting myself!
Joel is an excellent lifestyle coach! He helped me stay active during my pregnancy and is currently helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle post-baby. I love that I leave every session feeling better than I did before I arrived!
