I highly recommend Dr Raney. He is wonderful.
I was referred to them only to learn that they don’t take any insurance other than Duke student insurance. If you’re privileged enough to attend Duke, your appointment will be $10. If not, the first appointment is $400. I wish I could afford them.
I had a wonderful experience at Catalyst. The two admins were helpful and accommodating. The psychiatrist I saw made me feel safe and welcome. We worked together to find the right fit for my meds. I also recently started seeing a therapist there and she is also wonderful. Highly recommend!
Extremely unkind front desk staff (Ashley). I waited months for an appointment and she threatened to take me off the schedule twice because I didn’t reply to her email immediately over the holidays. Mind you, this was all happening over two weeks prior to my appointment. I finally Just canceled myself as I’ve never felt so unwelcome by a facility.
Very caring and compassionate. Gets back promptly to my emails to answer my questions. Shows genuine concern for clients needs and very friendly.
