I WISH CATALYST HAVE NEVER TAKEN OVER MY BUILDING 🏢 ON 7550 S COLFAX AVE. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM. THEY DON'T FIX NOTHING. I WAITED FOR THEM TO FIX PIPES THAT WAS BROKEN FOR THE WATER 💦 AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO FIX IT. SO OBVIOUSLY THEY LOST THE BUILDING.EVERYONE HAD TO MOVE OUT MAKING THINGS BURDENSOME ON EACH TENANTS TO MAKE VE OUT. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE RENTING AN APARTMENT THROUGH CATALYST YOU'LL BE IN FOR SOME SURPRISES AND THEY'RE NOT GOOD AT ALL. DON'T RENT APARTMENT. FROM
Worst landlord pipes burst no one came to fix then made a payment arrangement that they didn’t uphold then sold property the next day
I live in one of there properties. This management company is the worst. It's been some of the coldest days and ice outside the building and the didn't put down any salt so it's slippery as all get out. My kitchen pipes busted broke the kitchen faucet and flooded the kitchen. I couldn't get a hold of maintenance through the emergency line since they was closed (MLK DAY).
