Listed a house for 700. Once we put our deposit down they changed the rent to 800 a month to pay for the new carpet. Reporting past damage came to no success. They never fixed any of it. Got our deposit back and they kept more than half of it claiming it took 2 hours to fix a few holes in the wall totaling to be $98. Also kept $180 for cleaning after it was spotless and looked better than it did when I moved in. Overall a terrible experience with Catalyst. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking to rent.
