This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had in my entire life. I would do anything to go back to the day I signed my lease and punch myself in the face for making this horrible decision. The building is in horrible quality as there are leaks and water dripping all the time. 1 out of the 2 elevators never is working, in the last 6 months they have only had one working the entire time since they are legally required to. Friendly staff but the building itself is very cheap, they have terrible control over the fire alarms, every so often the fire alarms will go off and when they do it’s not just for a short bit of time, it stays on for 5 minutes then goes off, comes back on for another 5 minutes then goes off again, REPEATEDLY. Earlier this year it happened at 2 IN THE MORNING. If you enjoy not having a blaring fire alarm go off FOR NOTHING OVER AND OVER then do not give these people your money.
Worst place to live, horrible upper management. AC does not work and no one cares
Update 5/12/2025, received check but no itemized deduction statement. My daughter and roommate moved out of Catalyst Midtown in March 2025. We terminated the lease on 3/16/2025 in accordance to the GA law and immediate safety concerns. I am still awaiting our itemized statement and $113.99 refund as of today 4/30/2025. As you can see the saga and poor management continues. During my daughter's stay at Catalyst Midtown, the general manager stated "him and his staff safety was his only concern."
