Tried to set up an appointment here in early Feb. Waited and waited, sent an email asking about the progress. Was told that I would have to wait for the scheduling to open up closer to March, which I did. Waited for another month. Heard NOTHING. Not only did I have to send an email asking about the progress the first time, the second email has been completely ignored. How is this acceptable for a "mental health" organization?? My daughter goes here and loves her therapist Alli.
Unfortunately had an overall negative experience with Theresa Crawford, who was my therapist for a little over two years of weekly sessions 2020-2022. I've had time to process the experience and want to share so other people can decide if they'd like to avoid her.
