From the moment I gave a call to request an appointment to my most recent scheduled telehealth appointment, the service has been inconsistent. In that time frame, they misplaced documents I provided, gave me an appointment card with a date and scheduled it for a different date (a day after I was given the appointment card), and failed to provide me with important information regarding appointments. Always a great experience! 🥰 every single person in the clinic are amazing, very nice and respectful 💜 Dr Lorena yzaguirre is wonderful and very gentle with Pap smears! The phlebotomist Brianna amazing! Great with blood work! The receptionists are very kind and helpful!
