This place is the epitome of what a doctor's office should be like. From the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses and the PA's. The care and attention they each place on your needs makes it much easier to continue to come back as needed. Most my family and friends have jumped over to Catalyst for the same reason. The receptionist is extremely rude. Terrible attitude and waiting to leave. I did not feel welcomed. Very dissatisfied
I visited Catalyst Medical group Edinburgh Office for paper work for insurance purposes, the staff was so helpful and professional, and took care of us right away.I appreciate their care and support.
Excellent customer service. Dr ,and PA always helpful, always listen to your concerns. Never in a rush to get you out the door. Great Front Receptionist always greet you with a smile. Nurses always understanding. Short wait time. Very knowledgeable about your needs , and friendly.
