Service is inconsistent (at best). Office staff is apathetic and office manager very clearly doesn’t care to provide empathy for patients. PA Lorena Yzaguirre is forgetful and disorganized. PA saw me as a follow-up from a hospital stay and didn’t even go over blood work I had done. Until I mentioned it at the window and they made me go back into the room to wait for her to go over it. They have Amazing staff and a really good dr that asks all the right questions and explains everything really well
I am so grateful one of my good friends 🧡 recommended me here. I appreciate their time, knowledge, how caring they are and how detailed they explain everything. It is so welcoming and they ALWAYS greet you with a smile. I really recommend this place.
