I have to say that all the people that work at Catalyst Lending are super professional and know there stuff in loans. I would highly recommend you working with them.
Tres Miller is a LO that see's nothing but possibilities in his clients and he has the knowledge to make them become realities. On four separate occasions I have seen him resurrect a realtors buyer. Doesn't matter if you are a good candidate or not, this company can not work with you to hit a close date. Not a local lender and too bureaucratic.
