Amazing experience, great guy.
Finish what was promised instead of running with our money!
Run and run fast. Great at the beginning of the project and then it fell off dramatically. Conrad visited the project on the first day and we never saw him again. Only communicated via text. No one would walk the project with us after it was completed but expected final payment immediately. Don't think this won't happen to you. Worst service we've ever experienced. I tried five times to get this company to provide me with an estimate for a residential job averaging 35-50K. It was delay after delay with excuses on why they couldn’t give me an estimate.
My backyard has two levels and we had this team install a firepit on an existing raised section with a retaining wall. After a year, there was some settling which created cracks but when we contacted Conrad about it he promptly came out and fixed the issue with no complaints or charge. His professionalism in addressing the problem earned him the opportunity to do some more cement work for us. We appreciated his dedication to creating a quality final product. Thank you, Conrad!
