Someone came out fall of 2019 to blow out sprinklers and broke a part on our main pipe that we had just spent $1400 to fix along with all the sprinkler heads and box. I messaged nicholas on Facebook and he said it's a $5 part and come spring hell come fix it for free. Generous right? This has been a fantastic company to deal with! They were great about communicating during the process and were great about cleaning up after themselves. They laid the grass back down right after the lines were installed and even reset the bricks that had to be lifted to get the sprinkler lines in. Their customer service is phenomenal too! We were going to call them after the weekend to schedule the winterizing, but they beat us to it and reached out to us on a Sunday! That’s great service! We are super happy.
Poor service - they cut corners and told the renter to use a hose to water areas where the system didn't work.
Nick has been doing a great job for us, he shows great customer service and is very reliable!
