This place pays their valuable caring employees the same as In N Out Burger. They are a discrace and totally full of junk when they talk about values. Values really?? That have NONE with their workers!!
Staff does not have professional boundaries with their clients and engages in power struggles. Not trauma informed and teach clients learned helplessness and does not build trust, respect and rapport. Client is not empowered to have voice or choice. Incredibly controlling behavior by staff.
