We had a broken stove for two years, a leaking bathroom faucet for five years, and a dripping air conditioner for two years...A roach problem until I sprayed poison from "do it you self pest control" that seemed the only thing that worked... Not only that but I had a bunch of bullies try to punk me but they lost...Most have moved but their are a still a hand full of nosy people living their...Over all its not a good place to live at and their is never a manager when you need one...Their are two great playgrounds and a basket... read more

Anybody who writes a positive review of catalunya apartment does not currently live under the current regime New management same old things except she seems to be more interested in trying to do something right... Cost on laundry here yeah right we are low income but it's expensive to do laundry here...kids can't play outside without parents present no age limit... 12/17/2025: I hate to keep adding onto this review but I have to. If you see any positive reviews about this apartment, do not listen to them. This apartment has gotten worse; the water lines keep literally exploding. There are no security cameras as someone doesn't believe in them, it also seems that she endorses the multitude of robberies and theft that happens on this premise.
