12/17/2025: I hate to keep adding onto this review but I have to. If you see any positive reviews about this apartment, do not listen to them. This apartment has gotten worse; the water lines keep literally exploding. There are no security cameras as someone doesn't believe in them, it also seems that she endorses the multitude of robberies and theft that happens on this premise. People should know what they're up against with eviction forgiveness and finding an apt who accepts them. Not one review on a roach issue. Thank God.
