This is the worst therapy organization by far in the fox valley. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. They start off somewhat decent, but if you are at your absolute lowest and need help, think again. These people are lazy expensive, and so incredibly hard to schedule its not worth it
DON'T RECOMMEND - Billing factory. Horrible customer service and shady billing practices. Quality of actual service is average at best. Update: Rather than the "owner" responding to everyone's message acting like they care and seeking for people to call them for more information, why don't they take all of the feedback here and actually try to do something about it. I think the messages about the quality of this organization is quite clear.
This place awful. They do not care about your child’s mental health WHATSOEVER. They treated my child as a number and not as a person. It’s disgusting with they get away with and call them selves professional. I do want to add, it is well known how this place runs and for a doctor to recommend I don’t come here says a lot. I tried to go through the proper avenues and follow everything they asked, to be met with repeated rude tone and carelessness to how much my child was struggling.
