I was charged $120 for a non-chemical toner removal and blow-dry. I would’ve never agreed, but I was NOT quote this price beforehand. The toner was not fully removed, so it was $120 down the drain. The owner, Catalina, worked on two other clients during my appointment. She washed my hair, applied the treatment, and placed me under the dryer.
