I would give them 0 if I knew how. Took them a week to return a phone call about scheduling and estimate for service. Then when I call back, they never answer the phone. Messages have been left and they still don’t return the call. They must not want to expand their customer base with service this horrible.
This is the second year we have used Catalina Tree Service. The owner, Robert Hudgens, is very knowledgeable in his field, as is his lead worker. We have about 20 trees on our property, needless to say we like trees. All but one are desert/arid climate trees. The exception is a Japanese Privet, which is almost 20 feet tall.
