We recently closed with Catalina on a new construction in WA state and cannot recommend her enough. She's amazing and knows the area well. Catalina was super responsive. She really gave in a lot of effort and scheduled listings whenever and wherever we wanted. Being first timers, she was patient with us and addressed all our questions and concerns.
