I signed a year lease and I can't wait to find anything better. There are broken light fixtures, poles, equipment, and exposed wired that haven't been fixed and are a hazard to children outside. The sidewalks and basketball courts have broken glass on them more often than not. I've had to call the police on loud, drunk and violent residents a few times. They have a fitness room that has NEVER been open for use in my time here. I don't bother talking to the office staff anymore because they will talk smack about you in Spanis... read more

very poor maintnance. and management very rude. complex very rundown.. very bad insect problem. poor building construction... was told it was remodeled about 1 year ago.. but shows not sign of such action... very old apliances....very small kitchens. over priced for space in apartments and area of neighborhood
