Very poor experience. They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. The front desk makes a “one issue appointment” even when you tell them you have multiple issues. Locals report poor experiences as well. Best to go to the mainland if at all possible.
During our camp, we had a student with a broken arm, which required a visit to the ER. I have six years of hospital experience, so I’m familiar with medical care, and I can honestly say this was the best ER experience I have ever had. Dr. Guy was exceptional—caring, professional, and reassuring. The nurse was friendly and attentive, making the whole process much less stressful.
