Dr. Catalina is one of the most caring doctors I have met…She is compassionate and very professional…I would recommend her to anyone. I just learned that she is not longer at the office I met her, and I am so sad…I was willing to drive to that office just for her…My daughter and I will miss her, if it wasn’t that the new office she is at is out of network for my insurance, we would drive to Miami Beach…The patients at Mount Sinai are lucky to have her
Pedi una cita a las 2:45 , una hora después de mi llegada me informan que la doctora no me puede atender por qué está en un procedimiento, que por favor vuelva a las 6pm, volví a la hora indicada, dure 2 horas más esperando , a las 8 de la noche nunca llegó la doctora, la doctora no se encontraba en el consultorio, solo me dejaron ahí para cobrarme la cita, me paré les hice el reclamo y las asistentes que tienen se burlaron en mi cara, tienen un personal incompetente, y poco profesional, PÉSIMA atención.
