I highly recommend Dr. Polonski. He did my (medically necessary) eyelid and eyebrow surgery. He is very professional, explained what will happen and follow up was easy. Ashley helped me go through the process. She got me scheduled and patiently talked with both my partner and me and answered all our questions. Only minus - You will wait. I've had to wait upwards of 2 hours for my appointment as the last appointment of the day. I will gladly wait for this doctor as he is that good and worth the wait.
Dr. Polonski has taken incredible care of my Grandfather. Back in April, 2025, we found cancer in/on his eye, which Dr.Polonski removed. My Grandfather never had any pain or discomfort from the surgery, and his vision in that eye is completely normal. He is very kind and patience with my grandparents, and takes time to answer questions, and ensure they understand answers. Highly recommend!
I wish all my Surgeries and Doctor visits were as good.
Extremely disappointing experience with this medical office and provider. From the start, my encounters were riddled with frustration and concern. During my first visit, the doctor made inappropriate comments about the previous doctor I had seen (whom he personally knows), which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He also seemed frazzled because he didn't have the manufacturer's pamphlet for a drug he was trying to enroll me in for a clinical trial—even though I’d made it clear I wasn’t interested in participating.... read more
