Dr V and staff are compassionate and competent.
This is the worse provider I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. The front desk receptionists literally forget everything and straight lie to you. Multiple times over the past months I’ve had issues where the office simply “forgot” to schedule me, or call me back on something important, or something. It’s never something major but they are extremely incompetent at the front desk. Go somewhere else trust me this place is a headache.

Veronica , who took all the visual field measurements and the scanned my retina was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Polonski was fantastic. He went above professional duty and helped me set up a consultation with another specialist. The assistants at the front desk were kind and efficient, overall it was a great experience.
