Extremely disappointing experience with this medical office and provider. From the start, my encounters were riddled with frustration and concern. During my first visit, the doctor made inappropriate comments about the previous doctor I had seen (whom he personally knows), which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He also seemed frazzled because he didn't have the manufacturer's pamphlet for a drug he was trying to enroll me in for a clinical trial—even though I’d made it clear I wasn’t interested in participating.... read more
I have visited Catalina Eye Care 4-5 times now and have very mixed feelings. Dr. Aziz and Crystal have been amazing. I had to do two eye procedures, over a period of a couple of months. They both are incredibly professional and very good at their jobs. On the flipside, I have had to wait anywhere from 30+ minutes all the way up to an hour to be called back for my appointment. Everybody was fantastic and friendly. The Doctor knew exactly what was wrong, scheduled a surgery date. The surgery was done and everything seems to be working now
My husband and I were patients for several years and we were happy with the service. However, they've changed their phone system. It is now nearly impossible to reach a human by phone to set up or change an appointment. We've left several weeks worth of messages, per the instructions and never once did our calls get returned. We will no longer go here. We've changed to a practice that not only answers their phones, but that can get you on a schedule within 2 weeks.
