I've lived in the apartments for 2.5 years and it's wonderful! Grounds are well kept, maintenance is quick to respond to issues and it's surrounded by little ponds & farm fields (so you don't even notice you're near the interstate). I highly recommend living here...you won't be disappointed!

My experience living here was great! Everyone is so friendly. Maintenance as well as the property manager are very nice and caring! They do such a good job keeping Catalina nice and clean. Such a beautiful place to live!
We have lived here 3 years now and the maintenance and upkeep is excellent. The grounds look the best they ever have thanks to Austin's hard work and dedication to his job. We plan on staying in this quality neighborhood for a very long time!
