I wanted to let the public know how safe and clean this apartment is so welcoming I've been here for about 6 months and I can just say I want to live here for years to come tanicia you are a god send and thank you for keeping all of us here welcomed!
Catalina Crest appointments are located in a convenient area for walking to grocery store, restaurants, banks, and so on. Catalina Crest is a well maintained complex inside and out. I have had a great five years here with no issues. The staff are courteous and resolve any maintenance request in a timely manner (usually same day).
I have been living here for 2 years and I absolutely love it here! We are located in the top school district Joe Mitchell K-8- the staff Tanicia and Shon (I think that might be spelled wrong) are amazing- Tanicia is quick to respond to my emails and Shon the maintenance man is quick to fix any issue you have with your apartment. I love it here ! I been living here for a year and some months now. Management is super friendly and maintenance guy is pretty awesome. I like the safe friendly environment and the quietness here. I would definitely recommend living here if you value those things. Schools and parks close by within walking distance.
