I have lived here for 24 years. We are like a big family here. The manager Tanicia is awesome. She will help you with whatever you made need, resolve any issues that would be detrimental to you living here. Out of all the Managers I've gone through, she's the best. We now have a wonderful maintenance man, Chon, he is so awesome he too will help you, all you have to do is asking love it here. You make lifelong friends. I would definitely recommend moving here.
Tanicia is professional and cares about her tenants. Every time I've reached out to her she's gotten back to me in a timely manner. The staff does a great job making sure that the property is maintained and making sure that Catalina Crest feels like home.
