The staff once again performed the maintenance needed with a smile, and then turned the reigns over, with confirmation of a filling needing to be replaced. I have been experiencing a very cold and discomforting sensation that last few weeks and without mentioning it, they found the cause. Follow up appointments were made quickly and I was off and running with a bright smile.
As much as one can "love" going to the dentist, Dr Johnson, Jessica, and all the staff at North Benton dental care make it a great experience. Always on time, professional, and very caring.
Yes, when I entered the office for my appointment, two of the office personal greeted me by my first name. I then went with Conny to a room where she proceeded with cleaning, and some X-rays, plus discussions about our daily lives.....housework, hunting, & weather of course. Dr Russel then came in and proceeded to examine my teeth. A good time was had by our visit by all involved.
Best dentist and hygienists around. They truely care. It took a long time to find such a great place to go. They spend as much time as needed to take care of you. Thank you!!!!!
