Woke up this morning with no heat! Called Catalina Air Conditioning at 0545. Josh arrived around 06:20. He diagnosed the problem as a flame sensor needing cleaning and 5 minutes later my heat was back on and running smoothly! Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. Only charged the service call and I purchased the customer service package. Total cost was more than reasonable. Based on my experience I would recommend this company as your first look HVAC company.
These people are amazing! Not only was Bernice the nicest person I have ever scheduled a technician appointment with, but she sounded happy to be at work that day. A happy employee means a good company. The price was cheaper than the other four quotes I got by sixty dollars. The technician, Jarret, arrived on time. I am incredibly happy with my experience in using Catalina Air Conditioning Tucson--Jeremy was fast, friendly, and professional! My furnace stopped working and Jeremy was there promptly, and he quickly got my heat running again. He also took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix my furnace, which I appreciate. He even took a quick peek at my A/C unit for me! I have used Catalina Air Conditioning Tucson over the years and they do great work. A+ service for sure! Thank you, Catalina!

These guys saved my butt! I woke up to it being 41 degrees in my house. My heater was cycling on and off with no heat coming through and when I called they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. When the tech found out what was defective, he luckily had the part on hand and installed it and was out of there within an hour. They also replaced my A/C and the two techs were very knowledgeable and were able to answer some questions I had.
