The Catalina has been great for me moved in two months ago. The water pressure in the shower is unbeatable. And the AC units keep my place nice and cool through these brutally hot days. Also I have a moped that I can keep safely locked up at the back racks in the court yard. Couldn’t recommend enough! Also Lilly the licensing agent I worked with was Amazing she helped me get in only 3 days after my first tour witch was a massive help for me.

Great location, great neighbors, pet friendly. Pool is perfect for the summer months. Everything you could possibly need is across the street. Truly enjoy it here.
I am currently a resident. I think it's dope. If you like privacy, quiet, or not a ton of apartments are a pet person and grocery and tons of whatever you need across the street, check it out.
