I am currently a resident. I think it's dope. If you like privacy, quiet, or not a ton of apartments are a pet person and grocery and tons of whatever you need across the street, check it out.

The property manager never responds and things are always broken. Also the heat in the winter barley works, see picture attached it got below 60 degrees in our apartment with the full heat running. Your car will get broken into at least once while living here. They also let the pool get green. Bad management

Let down, is the kindest way to put it. The catalina was taken over by BRC property management 6 months into my lease and it’s all been down hill from there. (Feel free to research their reviews). The apartment was previously owned and managed by city street investors who were honestly good! Once BRC took over We had rolling power outages for 20+ days in winter. With no power or heat for hours at a time, and they declined my request for a rent deduction. Some residents have been with out consistent hot water since February… ... read more

Don’t bother renting. The new management company BRC, is garbage and they haven’t addressed any concerns regarding livability or habitability. Heat does not work. Power is on and off CONSTANTLY (2-3 times per day) and they do not answer calls or emails. Avoid avoid avoid. Good luck selling these apartments with a pool looking like this for 4+ weeks. Extremely unprofessional
