Andrew came out and did an excellent job giving us guidance around what needed to be done for our roof. The scheduling process was great and the crew who came out were excellent. My wife is a 3rd shift nurse, so she sleeps during the day. I did not tell the crew that, but I did not have to b/c besides all the banging and ripping off, they were so quiet and respectful. Overall, I was happy with my experience esp for such a big purchase.
The entire process was efficient, fully explained and executed professionally. We have four generations of replacement windows in our house and Catalfano’d windows are both the best in quality and most cleanly installed (inside and out). As a bonus their prices were extremely reasonable. We will happily use them again in the future.
Catalfano did a fabulous job replacing my roof. From the start, Cody Edling took time to answer all of our questions and concerns about the proposal. The Catalfano team worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the job. They took care to protect my property and carefully swept the yard for nails and debris. We greatly appreciated having the foreman, Mitch, on the premises to ensure all went smoothly. Very responsive and professional. Great staff to work with and quality work at a fair price. Terrific company that completely understands what customer service is all about. If you are looking for a roofing company, Catalfano needs to be at the top of the list.
Amazing service by and experience with Catalfano Brothers, especially Joe Panas. Joe went above and beyond the call of duty in working tirelessly to get a replacement window from a (non-responsive) manufacturer. The manufacturer dragged its feet for months, but Joe's "stick-to-it-ness" never wavered. Joe kept us updated throughout this long process.
