Perforated the sinus. Will never go back to her. Refuses to provide a copy of the medical records when you want to see another doctor.
Listens to my concerns and provides excellent care.
My concern with this doctor is that you have to sign financial papers that they don't give you copies of. Medical records or summaries are not made available because they say information is not yet in the system. They can't give you billing information because the codes have not been sent to the billing service after several months. Their explanation is that they have a year to bill. Promises to follow up and call back have not been kept. I question how a doctor can remain in practice with such cavalier attitude about submit... read more
This is my third visit to an ENT doctor for a sinus issue / loss of smell following a bout with the flu. The 1st ENT doc spent about 30 seconds with me and then ordered a CT scan. Didn't even give me time to tell him anything. Did not go back. The second ENT was very likeable, but shined a little flashlight up my nose, ordered an MRI of the brain, and then charged me for an endoscopy. Didn't go back. Dr. Cataldi was a breath of fresh air. She was pleasant, took her time and let me explain my medical history and how my issue ... read more
She may be a great Doctor but she doesn’t care enough about her patients to even have a restroom available!
Dr Cataldi is a wonderful surgeon and a caring person. She diagnosed and removed a growth on my face that turned out to be cancer! No scar was left! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you, Dr Cataldi!
The visit itself was fine. Some kind of MRI like test and a hearing test because of ear issues. I actually ended up finding a different ENT I had wanted to get into because of a great reputation. I tried getting my records transferred---they said it was a $20 fee and it would take up to 30 days for them to send it! I asked if I could just pick up the records. They said yes, but it would take 30 days. They would not start the processing until I came in to pay...and then the 30 days would be in effect. Wow, who knew you were n... read more
Incompetent at best. Uses an antique CT scanner then makes up a fraudulent diagnosis. Paid $20 for a copy of the scan (for 2nd opinion) but Beth refuses to supply the copy or refund my money after 6 months. Three friends have since confirmed their awful experiences with this quack. I recommend all potential patients to go elsewhere, even if you have to drive to Chicago.
Dr Cataldi cured my, long lasting, nagging sinus condition and cough! In addition some precancerous growths were removed from my face and back. The results were pretty amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful I highly recommend Dr Cataldi.
