Anonymous Dr. Christianson (female) has a good "bedside manner" when compared to the male vet here. She does not become defensive when questions are asked, makes eye contact with the pet owner, and explains procedures and medical decision making fully. If you choose this facility, ask for her!
This is a great clinic... ...but Dr. Cornelius doesn't work here. Dr. Filip and staff are great. They gently and expertly handle difficult cats, even semi-feral rescues, with an extraordinary amount of patience. The cat only environment helps calm the patients. The receptionists are exceptionally polite and always make you feel welcome.
Dr. Christie Cornelius at The Cat Vet Clinic = AWESOME! Dr. Cornelius is the best cat doctor I've ever had. And she's soooo cute! and sincere, very informative, confident, and she genuinely treats my cats like they are her own. She's young, but sharp! She's going to have a great career here in Houston. I recommend her highly.
Worst place and will never take my cat back. The can’t give a cat routine shots so suggest sedation. Sorry took him to another vet that had no issues. Then they didn’t get all records requested and won’t refill the prescription that this clinic prescribed. Totally unacceptable and malpractice.
RecommendedI’ve been absolutely amazed with the level of care my foster cats have been receiving here. You all are so kind on the phone and the doctors are quick to get back to you and thoroughly explain everything that’s going to happen. I will keep coming back! Thank you for understanding my pain when my cats need care and getting them in. Y’all rock.
Dr. Christensen and all the staff are wonderful! A couple of years ago my sweet kitty passed away during anesthesia to be neutered. This was in a different office (we've since moved to a different city), and I place no blame. However, going to the vet has become very stressful for me. My current kitty is also stressed when it's time for vet visits. I say all that to say this. I am so very happy to go to the Cat Vet Clinic! Dr Christensen and all the staff here are amazing!! They are so patient and thorough. We will forever be patients here and I would recommend them to anyone that has a cat. Thank you for taking such great care of Disco Jack!!
