They replaced my unit 5 yrs ago and there has not been a 6 month period that I haven't had to call out someone to fix it. I had a new company come today and they showed me that all of the problems we have been having are due to faulty installation. Things were not welded fully, drain pipes were not installed in the correct places, the drip pan was tilted, resulting in the overflow dripping through my kitchen ceiling and so on and so on. Great experience! Very nice and honest people. They were very quick to come out and replace my unit for a very reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough. My house is so cool now and I love it!
