They should hire one more person at the security gate. It took 30 minutes just to check in and another 40 minutes to check out. My load was delivered right at the entrance, yet I still had to drive all the way back to the main office just to complete the checkout process. Every truck has to do the same, which creates unnecessary delays. Large facilities often have large, hidden inefficiencies. A few operational improvements at the gate could save drivers a significant amount of time and reduce congestion.
Be ready to wait at the guard shack to exit for at least 45 minutes minimum they are in no hurry and don't care
