When you get there you need to enter the main building, there signs saying check in at security office, posted to the guard shack but no indication as to where that is. It's the main building on the other side of the outbound lane. Need to go in when enteringing and leaving as you need to wear a badge when outside the truck
Old autistic gate lady with earmuffs is astonishingly rude. I pulled up to the STOP sign and she literally SQUAWKED at me. (I think she thought I was going to go through the gate?) I got out to go back to the window and said sorry I thought I was supposed to stop at the STOP sign. No, apparently I'm supposed to stop 15 feet before the sign (making less room for the long line behind me) and hand off paperwork through the window 3 feet below mine. She told me, "If you were looking then you would have seen my window was open." ... read more
My appointment was at 8am, I showed up at 7:45 and they turn me away, I return about three more times that same day and finally get to the receiving office only to get turned away for being late. This place is about as bad as it gets.
