Stay away!! Stay away from this place for boarding! Our cat was healthy and happy when he went in but came back very sick and cost us $725 in vet bills! Management was not all interested in resolving the issue. Get a pet sitter instead and keep your cat healthy!
Kitties and their owners love Cat Connection This is where my sister takes her cat for grooming and I have been with her many times. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how well the cats are treated. If you have a cat, check it out. Quite Deceiving When I first stumbled across Cat Connection, I was excited to find a place that claimed to cater to the cat lover and their companion. Must Love Cats! This is the first review I've written and I had to write about the Cat Connection. I've been taking my 2 cats there for over 7 years now to be groomed and I can't say enough good things about the groomer and staff. I've owned cats all my life and I know how difficult they can be when you want to comb and brush them, mine included. I have one sweet angle and the other a holy terror! Great place for grooming and cat products I take my cat here for grooming and they are the best. She gets it all--massage, shampoo, trim, ear cleaning, and drying for one price. She always comes home happy, not stressed out. They also have great items you can't find at the bigger stores. And they have employees who are very knowledgeable about cat nutrition, and you can get samples of cat food. We <3 the Cat Connection! When we adopted our feline child about 3 years ago, unfortunately we knew nothing about caring for a cat (how hard could it be, right??). Very kind people My poor cat is scared of most people. She always goes and hides when people come to my house. She is very long hair with to many mats for me to get out, and it just kept getting worse. So I talked to these people about how me and my cat felt. So they said to make it easier for her, They could give her a little sleeping gas. Well, she did not know where her hair went. They were so kind and gentle with her. I will always come here for my cats needs.
Good products, crappy customer service. I had a friend who went here and really loved it. I've been here a few times to get food for our kitten and have a few questions since we are new to the "nicer" cat food. Both times I've asked pretty basic questions and it was like it was an inconvience to spend 2 minutes of his time to help a customer that is going to buy $50 worth of food. I keep going there because of their product selection, but maybe it's time to find another place.
heaven for cats I often go this place for glooming for my cat. The workers are very nice and take good care of cats, so I can tell my cat really enjoys glooming there. The price is very good compared to other competitive stores and they have a lot of items for pets. Also if you want to adopt cat, you can ask for it to them.
