Cat put us first! She handled the sale of our home professionally but also was so caring about how emotional this was for us. We lived in our home for thirty six years ! The realtor helped me on the selling and buying side. She offered very targeted prospective properties because she paid attention to the details. She also was very flexible and informative as to how to get the best value out of both deals. When selling I had multiple offers and sold $25k over asking price. My new home was also a hidden gem for a property that was overlooked in this fast moving market.
