BEST VET EVER!!! Dr. Diegmann is ONE with the cats. He is totally devoted to their welfare. I would not go to anyone else.
LOVES MY KAT I give this clinic ZERO stars. When I took my kitty in to get all her shots before adopting a second kitty the nasty receptionist insisted I also buy vitamins and some other items that I can't remember (it's been 7 years now). They were all things that I didn't feel I needed since I've had cats that have lived to 18 years without those "necessary" gems. NO. Do not go. I used to take my first cat there. I was so naive. Every time I took the cat in for the most minor things, I had to leave it overnight. Sometimes for many days. This very sweet cat was drugged for days on end and got a "red tag" for being aggressive. They would never let me see it and they told me they had tubes in its mouth and catheters in it. When it was finally time to go home, the cat didn't resemble itself. They even filed down its teeth without my permission!
Good Experience – I had a pleasant experience with the folks at Cat Clinic. One of my cats was a little cranky but the Doctor dealt with it with ease and good judgement. I would recommend them highly for all your cat care needs.
Brilliant Vet! Yes they are expensive but they know the kitties! Dr. D will go all the way for your furry felines. When you need that kind of help - he can't be beat. Male receptionist is wonderful! Female not so much.
Solomon I have been taking my cats to Dr. Diegmann for many, many years. You won't find a more caring, dedicated veterinarian. He has brought two of my cats through life-threatening illnesses which I thought neither would survive. His staff is equally dedicated and are wonderful to work with. I honestly don't know what I would do without "Dr. D." and can't recommend him highly enough!
Caveat Emptor Dr. Deigman's protocol is to vaccinate cats with every imaginable vaccine including FIV. U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, considered a leading authority on veterinary medicine, doesn't recommend this or stock it because of the myriad of problems associated with it. Whiskers to Tails is a much better facility and will actually listen to an owners concerns rather that ridiculing them.
Do not go to this clinic! We will never go to this office again or recommend. We were rudely talked down to by the receptionist/vet technician after they presented us with a bill to basically do every single test possible (the costs were reasonable for each test). We knew what tests we absolutely needed as we had knowledge after having worked in a vet clinic for many years. We asked the results be faxed to a family member who is currently vet in another state. bburm It's been many years since I have seen Dr. Digman as I moved out of the area. I raised Burmese cats at the time and found myself in the office very frequently. He still remains in my mind as the most skilled and intuitive diagnostician I have met to date!. It was true the bill was frequently steep but for those of us who know particular vulnerabilities of cats in general, those "extras" that we might question may be the very supports that have afforded our cats good health!
