On Thursday 10/1/20 I found a stray kitten on the road behind my work crouched in the ditch and not moving. I took him and placed him in a box and put him inside my office until I could get away and take him to the vet. He stayed in the box crouched down and not moving for over two hours and the whole ride to the vet. I knew there was something wrong with him as he did not move at all and would not drink. We took our cat here for a basic sanitary grooming. Since I had to work, my husband took him- I was shocked by what he said. 1) It was HOT inside. Mid May and it was very hot in the building. Either the AC was broken or the employees just don’t care about comfort of their clients and pets. 2) My husband said he could hear the vets getting frustrated while dealing with our cat.
