Cat Care Clinic has been very good to us and our two cats, especially when one of our cats went through a frightening pancreatitis episode late last fall. I appreciated Dr. Eric and Dr. Leslie calling me a few days after appointments to see how my cat Noodle was doing, and they typically responded promptly when I called the clinic with follow up questions. The team at care care have taken excellent care of my cat when he needed to be hospitalized for kidney issues.
We absolutely adore Cat Care Clinic and everyone who works there. They've been with us through thick and thin, including a recent health decline and the hard decision to help our kitty cross the rainbow bridge. Through that whole process, Dr. Eric and Dr. Chris were so kind and checked in on us often, answering all of our questions. High quality care in wellness visits, exams for concerns we've had, and very thoughtful and considerate help planning for the end of our cat's life. Everyone I've interacted with is delightful and I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I will never bring my cats anywhere else besides here. I’m always blown away by how friendly and gentle the staff is at both locations (we used to go to the west side but recently moved to the east side). They take your concerns seriously and address problems with care, compassion, and urgency.
