RecommendedWe were going to great veterinarian in Virginia before we moved to Florida, this place is a bit more expensive, but I think that our cats are getting better care here.
I can’t say enough about the above and beyond service by the Drs and staff. I am forever grateful for how much they care about the cats and their owners!
Have never experienced anything like this. Total disconnect between the office staff and vets. The time I have spent is egregious. Calling to confirm appointments already made, appointments cancelled, surgery appointments made months out getting in early only after explaining I was told this was the only appointment available. Running out of prescriptions because my order was cancelled. My cat died on Friday. You don't just stop prednisone. The incompetence of this vet staff and front office I will never forgive. All the staff are very professional. Along with everything very nice and clean and no odor.
Always treat my cat amazingly! Even with the social distancing I feel my cat is in excellent hands and I never worry about her when she’s there.
They are very thorough in their approach and also extra careful during Covid19
The entire staff is very warm and caring, but Dr. Whelan is our favorite. She has great compassion, not only for the cats we have had under her care, but also for the Moms and Dads. I highly recommend the Cat Care Clinic.
My cat had an issue of bad breath. I was given a treatment plan for dental work that ranged in price from $600 to $1000, depending on extent of treatment for an alleged infected tooth. Dr. Whalen guilted me by saying my cat was in pain when I didn’t jump at the opportunity. I asked the office for Dr’s email, was given an address that was undeliverable. I went to Dr. Freiberg at Healing Paws, he scaled two molars in my cat’s mouth. No anesthesia therefore no bloodwork as CCC required. I was only charged for antibiotic medicin... read more
