Warm and Friendly Atmosphere – Our first trip to the Cat & Owl, hopefully won't be our last. Great menu with aged hand cut meat, fresh seafood far from the ocean. This restaurant is not easy to find but worth the hunt. Our next trip to Covington, VA will include a return trip to this gem.
Quaint, Unique and overall a very nice experience! – Our family just had diinner there for the first time ever today!!! to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was quaint and the service was excellent. You pass over a little bridge over a beautiful stream of water and river rocks down a dead end street the home is charming and the food is great! It was a bit pricey but we felt it was of good value and was an very memorable unque experience for us!~We will be going back for other special occassions. Kimberly
