Caswell supplied windows, sliding doors and exterior doors on my new home project. Excellent support through and after the process. I would highly recommend them.
I'd give this place 100 stars if I could! They are truly exceptional for product quality, and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing. Roy was on top of everything. Every time I called, all my questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend this company and we would them over and over again!

Waited three weeks to get a quote back from someone who claims to be good friends of my mother just to see that they are charging triple of what I was quoted at Builders first source for the same windows and double of Lowe’s. If this is a friend discount I would hate to see what the normal price is. BFS was $10,800 Lowe’s $14,800 and their price for the SAME EXACT windows and doors $28,600.
