Waited three weeks to get a quote back from someone who claims to be good friends of my mother just to see that they are charging triple of what I was quoted at Builders first source for the same windows and double of Lowe’s. If this is a friend discount I would hate to see what the normal price is. BFS was $10,800 Lowe’s $14,800 and their price for the SAME EXACT windows and doors $28,600. About 3 weeks ago I called and talked to Roy. I specifically asked if they do entry door installations in my city and he said they can. We Discussed Provia doors and Therma-Tru doors. He said he would come out and look at my situation and discuss options. I told him I want some help selecting a style of door that matches the style of the condominium. If you have a large job use them if something breaks or a small job forget about it you will wait months even after they have taken your money because you are not worth an appointment time only a fit in when they are in the area because we all sit around doing nothing and can jump when they say in area.
