Have found this practice (Cas sq med cent) to be polite & friendly always. Now the Dr's have come to the village I am sure this will continue. Doctors are very knowledgeable, specialists are just that. Highly recommended. R.Lewis
Rude doctor and I have never seen like this place .
One very rude Staff Member on a Sunday morning. Quite a few Patients will not attend the Surgery again. Doctor I saw did a really bad procedure and the Administration in that place is so unprofessional. Unfortunately some of them are moving to the Village Shopping Centre.
Tried booking via phone call, the number wasn't working, had to book online. On the day, waited for my appointment for 50 min. Wouldn't go back there again, just for the hussle and wasted time.
