Store manager was absolutely awesome.. Very helpful, had a vast knowledge of all the clothing and helped me to make an in store pustchase as well as ordering shoes online that wasn’t in stock.... He also from L.I. NY so he’s the best...

Never again will I use this place. I live an hour away. I was called two weeks ago and told the suit was ready. Came down Saturday and the couldn't find it... the suit the finally said was mine didn't fit.... no exaggeration the pants were 4 inches to short and the jacket would not button... store manager promised she would have one ready this afternoon if we could start over.... measured again the whole 9 yards.... called this afternoon they said it wouldn't be ready until after 500...... I have shopped here for 20 years -each time I visit NYC Today I wanted 5 or 6 pairs of shoes; they needed to get in my size. They said I would have to pay in advance, sight unseen and treat the shoes as returns if they were unsuitable. Not going to happen! I have never heard such rubbish! The attitude was polite but "take it or leave it". I won't be back. PS went from there to J C Penny and bought 12 polo and tee shirts in 5 xlt for about $11 average. Great value and much better staff.
