Great oil change, great people – I own a company with 30 vehicles and we take everything to this oil change shop, and i take my personal vehicles here, for going on six years - always great service. Changed name to Castrol recently, but same employees and owner. Frank is the ops manager, goes way out of his way to make sure we are always taken care of. I recommend it to everyone i know. Great Oil Change - Great Employees – We take family & company vehicles here, and they always do a great job. President of my company referred me. Manager is Marvin - he's been here for 5+ years, and he's awesome. Recently changed name/brand to Castrol Premium Lube Express (Castrol is better oil), but same employees, same owner. I highly recommend! All the employees polite and helpful. Also VERY nice waiting area - free Wi-FI, DirecTV, and very clean restroom! Btw, owner is NOT Terry Fowler (see complaint below). GREAT OIL CHANGE - GREAT EMPLOYEES – We take family and company vehicles here (and to Jiles location) and these guys always do a great job. Owner is NOT Terry Fowler (listed in compliant below - Fowler owns most of the Texaco/Havoline in metro atlanta). Owner is Paul, ops manager is Frank, but any of the guys in this shop will take care of you. Recently changed name/brand to Castrol Premium Lube Express (better oil), but same employees, same owner. I highly recommend!

Great operation! – I think it's unfair that because a Terry Fowler store has come under fire from a "scorned consumer", that other franchise owners are by default under fire because this review from JasonThomas automatically pops up and is attached to any Texaco Xpress lube queries. You'll find that not each and every location has an attatchment to Terry Fowler. It's fair to regonize Texaco Xpress Lube owners as independent and as only carrying the brand name. Each store's owners are worlds apart.

I HAD TO SUE THEM!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! – I used Texaco Express Lube's $19.00 Oil Change Special a total of two times. The deal is great; but the second time I went to this place turned into a complete nightmare. The Oil change was fine. But apparently when they checked my fluids they "misplaced" my radiator cap. To make a long story short, my radiator cap blew off on the interstate after I left and my vehicle's engine quickly over-heated. They helped initially with a $750 repair on the engine, which were easily iden... read more
