Visited today around 1:00 PM. If zero stars were possible, that’s what this location would receive. I waited over 1 hr because they did not have the correct oil filter for the vehicle ahead of me. Instead of communicating the delay or managing their workflow properly, they continued servicing cars in the other lane while I sat there with no explanation and no update.
