Was mislead about a condition with an old car (misthreaded drain plug) had to drive 35 miles to another shop that confirmed this was a lie...saw it with my own eyes...!!!
Went in for an oil change and had purchased the top package. Satisfied with the purchase but a little disappointed with the charge to remove a skid plate. This was the first time I was ever charged for that. The technician also recommended changing my 2 week old wiper blades that were "laying down" due to being worn out. The blades have been used a total of 2 or 3 times. I understand the need to make a profit, but when I drop well over $100 for an oil change, and then get charged extra and they attempt to up sell unnecessary... read more
