Went in for oil change first time going to this place. Its family owned and operated. They did the oil change in 15 minutes checked fluids and gave me a few discounts. Happy about that! The thing I wasn't happy about employees leaning on my car while it was in the shop. The name was misleading obviously it has changed I was expecting Castrol. They use Havoline Chevron oil..meh... I tried calling 📞 this establishment to see how much it cost for my older Toyota Corolla. The man that answered had a bunch of machinery background noise. He wouldn't move to a quieter place which I suggested after trying to hear him more than three times, repeating his first answer to: how much does it cost?". Then he tried asking if it was synthetic or regular oil. Shouldn't he know or look this up especially when I can't even hear him?! Then, the coup de gras, he hangs up on me! Emol showed understanding and caring for the issues I had with my car. Being a senior, He was prompt, explained what he needed to be done, accomplished the work, and even went beyond what was expected, all while I waited a very short amount of time. This will be where I bring my car next time. Emol was conversational and friendly.
