Very nice and helpful young men, was on my way home to Fresno from Sacramento with my fiancé when the splash pad cover on the bottom of the car started coming off and dragging so we got off the freeway and asked these young men for help and they helped us fix the problem out of the kindness of their hearts so we could get back home
Worst oil change experience ever! I went in for a simple oil change and it turned into a complete nightmare. First, the staff had no sense of urgency—I waited over an hour even though they told me it would only take 20 minutes. When I finally got my car back, there was oil spilled on the engine and even on the floor mat inside my car. To make things worse, my check engine light came on the very next day. Assistant Manager was polite and professional even after our truck was towed back a 1/2hour after it's oil change because the drain plug had failed to be tightened. A second free oil change was offered (why would I want this crew to be working on my truck again?) and no refund was possible per "Company Policy". Spoiled weekend travel plans and cost me a hotel stay. Not happy and was told it wasn't the first time. Cheers
