Assistant Manager was polite and professional even after our truck was towed back a 1/2hour after it's oil change because the drain plug had failed to be tightened. A second free oil change was offered (why would I want this crew to be working on my truck again?) and no refund was possible per "Company Policy". Spoiled weekend travel plans and cost me a hotel stay. Not happy and was told it wasn't the first time. Cheers
