My father who is Ex-Military and has severe ptsd had a coin in his center console for goodluck while driving, we came in for a diamond oil change and car wash and came back to it missing. It is a very sentimental coin and sombody probably thought it had monetary value because it was in a case. Never coming again, extremely disappointed.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this oil change shop. I brought in two vehicles for routine oil changes (over $90 each), expecting basic professionalism and care. Instead, personal belongings were stolen from inside one of the cars while it was in their possession. When I reported it to management, they showed no concern and refused to even check their security cameras, despite the shop having multiple cameras on site. Spoke to Gentleman name, Jesus he needs to take a customer service class very rude Other than that, this place is pretty good Management please take care of this gentleman. Other than that I hope I could review this again and give you a better score.
Very good service here fast and great deals. Get an oil change and get a free car wash. You can't beat that guys. I highly recommend checking this place out their very polite and will help you with any questions that you got. 😊😊😊
